Grape variety: 100% Brachetto
Production area: Santo Stefano Belbo
Vinification: Vinification takes place with soft pressing of the grapes, after a maceration phase lasting 3/ 4 days with the aim of maintaining and enhancing the primary aromas of the grapes.
This is followed by refrigeration and subsequent sparkling.
Serving temperature: 6°C
Optimum age: 1 year after bottling
Alcohol content: 6 %.
Food pairings: Perfect with red fruit tarts, berry parfaits and desserts in general.
