Moscato d'Asti D.O.C.G. is the quintessential sweet wine from Piedmont, an inevitable accompaniment for desserts, so recognisable thanks to its characteristic, intense, aromatic perfume. Moscato has straw-yellow hues. Its aromas are reminiscent of white fruit and citrus fruits with hints of bread crust. On the palate it is harmonious and sweet.

Denomination: Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin
Grape variety: 100% Moscato Bianco
Production area: Santo Stefano Belbo
Vinification: grapes undergo soft pressing. The must is transferred into an autoclave where fermentation starts. When the alcohol content reaches about 5%, alcoholic fermentation is stopped. The wine is then filtered through microfiltration and finally bottled.
Serving temperature: 6 °C
Optimum age: 1 year after bottling
Alcohol content: 5%.
Food pairings: Perfect for desserts, biscuits, pastries, also goes well with blue cheeses.
