Production area: Municipalities of Alba, Diano d'Alba
Vinification: Maceration for 18-20 days at a controlled temperature between 25 and 28°C with pumping over in stainless steel tanks. Devatting at the end of alcoholic fermentation and subsequent malolactic fermentation, also carried out in stainless steel.
The wine is matured in small-capacity oak containers for approximately 24 months.
Serving temperature: 18°C
Optimum age: up to 4-5 years
Alcohol content: 14.5%.
Food pairings: Great main meat dishes: braised, boiled, stewed, also excellent with game and very intense cheeses.
