Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Production area: Municipality of Neive
Vinification: Maceration for 20-25 days at a controlled temperature between 25 and 28°C with pumping over in stainless steel tanks. Devatting at the end of alcoholic fermentation and subsequent malolactic fermentation, also carried out in stainless steel.
The wine is matured in oak barrels for a minimum period of two years.
Serving temperature: 20°C
Optimum age: long-lived wine, it is appreciated even after many years
Alcohol content: 14.5%.
Food pairings: Ideal with red meat dishes, game, hard, spicy and seasoned cheeses in general
