Arneis: a white grape variety that recounts the uniqueness of Roero, the great territory that stretches along the left bank of the Tanaro river. The wine produced from these grapes is an ideal and highly recommended accompaniment for hors d'oeuvres and fish-based first meals.
Brilliant straw yellow in colour, floral, fruity and with mineral hints on the nose. In the mouth it shows all its structure of pleasant freshness and the flavour of fresh fruit and citrus fruits.

Denomination: Controlled and guaranteed designation of origin
Grape variety: 100% Arneis
Production area: Municipality of Guarene
Vinification: In steel tanks at controlled temperature (12-15°C) for a period of 25-30 days.
Then left to refine on the "noble lees" for about a month, to make the wine more full-bodied and rounded.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
Optimum age: 1 year
Alcohol content: 14.5%.
Food pairings: Ideal with hors d'oeuvres and fish-based first courses, first courses with shellfish, seafood soups, fresh cheeses. Excellent with large fish, seafood or freshwater main courses.
