Gavi D.O.C.G. is a straw yellow wine with greenish reflections. The bouquet is floral and fruity, with hints of citrus, apple, exotic fruit, hawthorn and jasmine. The taste is fresh, acidic and mineral.

Production area: Municipality of Gavi and surroundings
Vinification: In steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 12-15°C for a period of 25-30 days. Then left to refine on the "noble lees" for about a month; this particular process serves to enrich the wine, making it more full-bodied and rounded.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
Optimum age: 1 year
Alcohol content: 12.5%.
