A digestive and restorative drink, a 'little glass' after a meal but also an aperitif for cocktails as a substitute for red vermouth, served chilled and with ice or brulè: Barolo Chinato, this ancient and noble aromatised wine, is this and much more. For more than seventy years, the Mascarello house has never ceased to produce this elixir, using the ancient, unique recipe handed down from generation to generation. Mascarello Barolo Chinato has a dark garnet red colour and the nose tells of the thousand scents of the spices that make up its infusion. On the palate it is warm, round and with a long, sweet finish.
