Alta Langa sparkling wine is the latest addition to the Mascarello family. Made with the classical method D.O.C.G., exclusively vintage, featuring fine perlage, it is characterized by a delicate savoriness. A unique aspect of this wine is that its specifications only require a minimum altitude for the vineyards, which must be at least 250 meters above sea level.

The Alta Langa white has straw yellow nuances and features a very fine perlage. On the nose, its aromas are reminiscent of white fruit and citrus with hints of bread crust. On the palate, it is harmonious, characterized by a delicate savoriness.

FICHE TECHNIQUE

Denomination: Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin
Grape Varieties: 70% Pinot Nero, 30% Chardonnay
Production Area: Alta Langa
Vinification: Gentle pressing of the grapes and fermentation of the juice only at 15°C in stainless steel for a period of 20-25 days, followed by 8-10 months of storage in steel. Bottle fermentation and foam capture in spring, according to the "classical method."
Serving Temperature: 6-8°C
Optimal Age: Maturation of 30 months on its own yeasts in the bottle before consumption
Alcohol Content: 12.5%
Food Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with cold appetizers, including fish-based dishes, seafood, and hard cheeses.
